Steps to reproduce :
install beta2 build b41 with netbeans 5.5.1 latest build NetBeans IDE 5.5.1
daily build 200703210600 

using jdk 1.5.0_09

In runtime tab, choose default domain > right click Resources 

Problem: Only see refresh. Could not find other options to add new resource or pool

Creation of resources is in a project and using the New File .. Sun Resources
Wizard's

Please check with the QA documents and Davis/Judy to get up to speed on plugin's
features/functionality
