Steps to reproduce:
- Install NB, SOA, AS, AM using NBI build.
- Run IDE and switch to Runtime TAB.
- Select node 'Sun Java System Access Managers > Default Instance'.
- Invoke popup menu and select 'Properties' item.
- Notice that all properties are empty.

Looks like it's configuration problem during installation.

I am raising this to P1 because this is a showstopper bug.

The configuration information that is missing is the AM_CONFIG_FILE system
properties that gets set in the netbeans.conf file.

Seem that it is already fixed.
I can`t reproduce it on nbi build 200704051900
