Steps to reproduce:
- Switch to Runtime TAB.
- Add new AM instance (we need to do it because of issue - default instance not
configured) and accept default configuration.
- Invoke context menu of new AM instance node and select 'View Admin Console' item.
- Notice that AM console not opens in browser (even browser not started) and
exception appears in IDE log (see attach).

Reproduced on build 200704031900.

Looks like it's configuration problem during installation.

Seems that Kirill has already fixed that.
I can`t reproduce the issue on build 200704051900.
