If I try to paste content to an area where something would have to be 
overwritten, Calc opens a request if it should do so.

But such an request is not opened when selecting an area and trying to 
drag&drop it to an already filled area.

Excel here also opens an request-window.

I think this should be added for Calc.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
