when default document language is Vietnamese,
type 'lổi' ---autocorrect--> 'lỗi' (wonderful)
type 'lỗi' ---autocorrect--> 'lổi' (oh no)

Fix: remove 'lỗi' --> 'lổi' in AutoCorrect -> Replace
(i don't know what file contain that define)

You can change it and create a new issue as a patch.
