For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
Sorry for bothering you with this generated notification message. There is no
need for any action from yor side.

Comment 8 yaw 2007-07-14 12:37:52 UTC
Hi, all.
Please remove my key from ja.openoffice.org because...
1)I haven't committed for a long time.
2)I will not commit in the near future.
3)I will delete my private key for ja.oo.o. -> This key will not be used
anymore.
4)Existing of unused key could be a security risk.

Thanks in advance.
Yosuke

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Collabnet Support Operations. Please be informed that
with the release of CollabNet Enterprise Edition 4.5.2, we have included a new
feature which allows site administrators to add/edit user public keys through
UI. We recommend you to contact your domain administrator directly to have your
public key added/edited which will reduce the turn around time in processing the
request through CollabNet Support. Please feel free to request any query
clarified by calling our Support Hotline +1 800 211 3047.

Thanks,
Harsha

Hi,
Thank you for your response and advise.

> Could you please provide me the user name for whom the key was created

I've asked Louis and Maho to upload my key with this very issue. My username
has been "yaw" since then. Even now, I can make SSH tunnel with my key like
"ssh -2 -x -L 2401:localhost:2401 tunnel@openoffice.org" with cygwin,
and log in like
"cvs -d :pserver:yaw@localhost:/cvs login" with WinCVS...

Anyway, first I ask Maho, ja.openoffice.org lead, to delete my key.

thanks,
yaw(Yosuke Kato)

Comment 14 maho.nakata 2007-07-17 04:34:15 UTC
support: wrt this issue, there must be a key of yaw...
could you please investigate this again?
Comment 15 Unknown 2007-07-17 10:18:04 UTC
Hi,

I have deleted the key of Yaw. Please do verify the same.

Thanks,

Comment 16 yaw 2007-07-18 15:27:05 UTC
Hi, Harsha and maho.

First, Maho has kindly revoked my role (developer and observer).
Secondly, Harsha has found and deleted my key (username "yaw").

Now, let's verify.
------------
$ ssh -2 -x -L 2401:localhost:2401 tunnel@openoffice.org
Enter passphrase for key '/home...:
Tunnel established. Type ctrl-c to exit.

cvs -d :pserver:yaw@localhost:/cvs login
Logging in to :pserver:yaw@localhost:2401:/cvs
***** CVS exited normally with code 0 *****

cvs update -P
***** CVS exited normally with code 0 *****

cvs commit -m "...
User yaw doesn't have <VersionControl - Modify> access to project ja
cvs [commit aborted]: correct above errors first!
***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****
----------
err... I don't know which is the reason why commit aborted, the key or the role.
Anyway, the result is "I can't commit."
Thanks for your cooperation.
Please close this issue.
