I Would like the addition of a Tape Measure Tool in the OOoDraw program
to measure the distance between any two random points on a page. Though it is
simple to calculate horizontal and vertical distances, it is more complicated to
calculate at any angles.

Maybe a dimension line from the "lines and arrows" drop down in the drawing
toolbar could help? Reassigned.
