1. With only one OOo window open
2. Right click on the OOorg icon on the task bar brings up the context menu but
3. OOorg freezes; perhaps it's doing something but nothing happens after waiting two minutes
4. Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up the Close Program dialog. All seems normal.
5. Close the Close Program dialog and the hung context menu closes.
6. Try again a couple of times and bang it works; closing down OOo,
    requiring 1 min 45 sec to get OOo up and running again on my system. P200mmx, 32mb

has nothing to do with the API

Aditionally I do not understand what you mean with "right click on the OOorg"
icon. Please specfify and send report to somebody more appropriate than me (or a
project more appropropriate than API).

My guess is: 32 MB is simply not enough. Do you mean starting OOo with your
"Right click on the OOorg icon"?
