Hi,

It appears the Ta tranlation has been branched into ta and ta-IN possibly by
mistake. See: http://openoffice.mirrors.tds.net/pub/openoffice/extended/3.1.0rc1/

There should only be ta.

Hope this error could be rectified before it is released with OOo3.1.

This was for OOo3.1, for OOo3.2 this is not the case, see
http://openoffice.mirrors.tds.net/pub/openoffice/extended/3.2.0rc5/
