Loading the xls document attached to this issue should become part
of an appropriate automatic test. It contains vba macros, so the
"Tools / Options / Load/Save / VBA Properties / MS Excel / Load
Basic Code / Executable code" option should be activated.

Then cell B5 should contain a text that is the text contained in
cell B2 concatenated as often as specified in cell B3. Example:
B2: Hello B3: 4 -> B5: HelloHelloHelloHello

Cannot be done for 3.3 either, setting 3.4
