would be great if “application background†followed the system color theme

It does. At least on Vista in OOo310m8.
Please detail.

Unfortunately as I can see using my XP - it's doesn't recognize any changes of
system color theme. I can see that translucent text selections in 3.1 (RC)
follows changes, but the application background doesn't.
