Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 101392
Configure Autoformat options for "Apply style" separately
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:35:08 UTC
Whenever I press ENTER to get a new paragraph, the previous paragraph changes from standard (or other templates devrived from standard) to 'Textkörper' (don't know how this is called in English). Special behavior: a) It only does so if the previous paragraph is not empty. b) with CTRL-Z the change can be undone. c) if the checkbox in "Extras -> AutoKorrektur -> Optionen : Vorlagen anwenden" is NOT checked, the problem does not exist. Pressing ENTER a second time, changes to Heading1 - as expected. But the change to 'Textkörper' after the first ENTER is utterly tiresome. Thanks. Walter
Please attach a sample document describing exactly what happens. You say it does not happens when "Extras -> AutoKorrektur -> Optionen : Vorlagen anwenden" is OFF, so it might be the solution to your problem. Plus, please install an English version aside of your localized version in order to submit issues.

Currently the Autoformat option "Apply style" only controls both mentioned cases together. So if I understood correctly, you want to configure separately the two Autoformatting features for applying Heading and Text body style like [x] Apply styles (= Vorlagen anwenden) [x] Headings [ ] Text body Reassigning to requirements a long as this is a "Request for enhancement".
