d_opt.bas uses function 'TBOrestart'. This fails and should not be used. Better
make use of global function 'ExitRestartTheOffice'

graphics/required/includes/global/id_opt_1.inc : doing exchange TBOrestart <->
ExitRestartTheOffice and adding hNewDocument:
