The document was created in OOo 2.x and when saved to .DOC, document is
corrupted. The First Page style is replaced by Default style, and table format
is screwed.
The same with OOo2.4.1 and 3.1beta.

It is also noteworthy, that opening in Office2003, Word complains that the file
is corrupt.

MRU->HBRINKM: export attached odt to WW8 and re-open -> on second page, a wrong
page format is exported to WW8 format.

Tuharsky, 
please do not describe two different problems in the same issue. Please file a
new issue regarding problem with table in footer. Thanks for your patience!
