Can reproduce it in OOo310m11 on WinXP 

How to reproduce it
1 Open an existing *.ods file
2 Close Soffice.bin in task manager or make an crash which don't invoke recovery
  process
3 Click Writer or Writer.exe to new a doc, then invoke recovery process, start 
  recovery and recover successfully

Result
Just recover the ods file (step 1), can't new a writer doc (step 3)

Expectation
Can new a writer doc
