Please install the Sun Wiki Publisher extension from
o:\DEV300\wntmsci12.pro\bin.m48\so\swext\

for local user and deinstall it. During deinstallation an error regarding
WikiExtension.xcs is shown. Afterwards the extension looks to be successfully
deinstalled.

This problem might be a key to another problem that sometimes appears with the
extension, the extension behaves itself so as if the mentioned configuration
file was not available. Till now that was reproduced twice and there is not so
much information regarding the scenario.

I checked this with DEV300 m48/m49 pro but cannot reproduce it. This very much
looks like the "long path" issue. Setting to duplicate.
