WW8: certain exported checkbox not visible in OOo after re-import

I had an M/S Word document containing Checkbox Form Fields. In Writer 3.0 these were displayed and could be checked/unchecked. Saving them in .odt format preserved them. Saving them in .doc format lost them, so they had to be saved in .odt format. Writer 3.1 can import the .doc checkboxes okay from a .doc format, but it loses the checkboxes from a 3.0 .odt file. So my 100 page 3.0 .odt document with M/S checkboxes can't be saved by 3.0 properly into .doc, and can't be read properly as an .odt document by 3.1 without losing the Word checkboxes.
Please take the final build 310m11 of OOo 3.1 - this was not fixed in m9 build. See issue 100819. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 100819 ***

Problem occurs in OOO310_m11_native_packed-2_en-US.9399 running on Fedora 10. Attached are 4 files: file 1 is a small .odt file and file 2 is the same file saved as .doc (Windows XP). They contain a checkbox from an original Word document. File 3 is a screen dump under OO 3.0 showing the checkboxes, and file 4 is a dump under OO 3.1 not showing them.

Have you see the previous #100709 http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=100709 Seems to be the same
On Windows in *OOo 3.0 Final* I can't see the check boxes neither in the odt nor in the doc. Plus the dot has been saved last in 300m15 = 3.0.1. Do you have the original file?
The original document was quite long, I cut it back to demonstrate the problem. The next attachment is the original Word doc

Still no problem here on *Vista*: - check boxes are visible in the long document in 3.0 and 3.1 (whatever re-save in 3.1 as .doc or .odt) - - check boxes are NOT visible in the short documents in 3.0 and 3.1. So no idea... I'll have a chck on Linux...
MRU->HBRINKM: take the second attachment (checkbox.doc) - the checkboxes are displayed properly in MS Word 2003. OOo is not able to re-import these correctly.
Analysis: Loaded checkbox.doc with OOO310_m17: checkboxes lost Loaded checkbox.doc with DEV300_m53: checkboxes lost Tried a new checkboxFromWord.doc containing a checkbox, that was created by Word with DEV300_m53: Loading checkboxFromWord.doc: checkbox present Saving as checkboxFromOOO.doc and reloading: checkbox still present Saving as checkboxFromOOO.odt and reloading: checkbox still present. OOO310_m17 does checkboxFromWord.doc -> checkboxFromOOO.odt -> reload without problems. Seems the attached checkbox.doc suffered from a now solved issue.
