Data loss in graph after resizing

Steps to reproduce:

1)Open the attached document pro.odt into Writer.
2)Resize a graph (not the first one, I don't know why...)
3)Error: graph data is lost

In OOo 3.0.1 works fine instead.

Did you have a spreadsheet containing the data the graphs are based on?
If yes, can you attach the document here?

Setting target to OOo 3.3 as discussed with SBA.

This is a duplicate of issue 102428 which was fixed for OOo 3.2 already. Empty
cells within the x values have caused a wrong interpretation.
