Can reproduce it in DEV300m50 on WinXP.

How to reproduce it
1 Create a new Database file
2 Create table in Design view, named as TestTable
3 Use wizard to create Report, named as TestReport. 
4 Open/Edit TestReport

Result
The document "TestReport" couldn't be opened 

Expectation
Open the report successfully
After step3, can open the TestReport file automaticlly.

Note
If create a report with OOo3.1, then open it with DEV300m50, openning report
works well

There's a P1 issue in m50, which causes all kind of strange problems related to
file saving: issue 102701. I strongly suspect that this issue here is caused by
that bug ...

In a OOo 3.3 the report can be opened.
