See attached file, the 1st string is correct, the second violated format...
gsicheck doesn't notice that.

this issue cannot get fixed because there are valid occurances of plain \" in
translations.

As agreed, gsicheck can compare source string's & translated string's quotation
marks and verify if they are similar (quoted or not quoted). If not - error

Owner was wrong, I think. Set the issue to gh now.
OOo 3.2 is in stopper mode. If this issue is a stopper, please promote it on the
releases list. Otherwise I change the target to the next release -> OOo 3.3.

OOo 3.3 is nearly final. I change the target of this issue to OOo 3.x. Please
find a solution and set a correct target, if you know when a fix can be integrated.
