Optionally adds context menu entries to control width, color and mode of the
user paint capability in Impress slideshows. Also adds the possibility to erase
painted content, and adds the generated polygons as draw shapes to the slides,
afterwards.

Functionality is optional, and only compiled in when --enable-presenter-extra-ui
is given at the configure line.
