Repro:
open http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/63219/noname.odp
in both 3.1 and 3.0.1 - 3.1 would not show name of missing file, making life of
user much more diffucult (see attached screenshot).

This is regression from 3.0.x, possibly caused by FullDrag.

AW: This is a little bit similar to #i102380# where i re-added that
visualisation stage of graphic object.

AW: Info: Has nothing to do with FullDrag, is caused by Primitives (another
feature). Problem is more what to show in which mode, so i looked at a DEV300
m29 (before primitives):

(a) EditMode: Shown
(b) PagePane: Shown
(c) SlideSorter: Shown
(d) Print: Shown
(e) PdfExport: Shown
(f) presentation: not shown

At least with (d) and (e) it is discussable if the old behaviour is/was okay;
maybe hiding in that case would be better. Also needed would be a BlockText for
the Filename with automatic text line breaks. Tooking a look...

AW: Adapting summary.
Added showing draft visualisation for all cases except (d) and (e). Also found a
nice way for BlockText-ing the filename. Due to it's closeness to #i102380#
which is 3.1.1 already i will take this one for 3.1.1, too. Changing target,
taking ownership, adding to CWS aw074...
