Description vipart 2009-07-02 11:06:55 UTC
I have a OOO writer file, where placing a mouse cursor on the simple list
(bulleting/numbering) crashes the whole Open Office. Don't know where to attach
the file

I think this is because the cell of that table starts at one page and ends at
another. If we add 10 new_line characters at the beginning of that cell so that
the main text starts at next page, the bug simply disappears.

Also, this issue cannot be reproduced using WEB LAYOUT

MRU->OD: i was not able to reproduce this from the scratch. Open the attached
document, scroll to page four and try to select the list labels in the table at
the bottom. Writer will crash.

I have reproduced a layout loop when reproducing the described steps.

First investigation reveals the following:
- the last paragraph of the bullet is broken into two piece due to the end of
the page. The second line does not fit on the former page due to a bottom margin
of 0,1cm.
- for the highlighting of the list labels a format is needed which gets in
trouble, because the intrinsic text of the last paragraph fits on the former
page, but not together with the bottom margin.

adjusting summary: "crash" -> "layout loop"
