Please make a horizontal scroll-bar for the preview window/module.
I don't know if it should be classified into UI design. 
I think a horizontal page preview will save space in editing, and facilitate
editing.
BTW, I'd like to see the feature apply to notes page too.

are you talking about Slides pane?
You can undock it and resize like on screenshot.

Yes, but it is still a vertical scrollbar, not horizontal.
