Maybe 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 isn't technically an "upgrade", but there should
nevertheless be a reasonably easy way to migrate from one version to another --
especially given the large size of each installation.

Removing the old installation first might lose some current settings. (I didn't
do this, and the 1.0.1 installer seemed to pick up my name etc. from 1.0.0.)

However, when I then removed 1.0.0, the file associations for .sxw etc. were
lost. I had to "repair" 1.0.1 to recover them.

Ideally, installation of a new version would give you the option of removing any
older ones and migrate the file associations cleanly in one (end-user) step.

In what may or may not be related -- if someone says it isn't I could submit it
again separately -- when I "removed" 1.0.0 about 90 MB was left where it was,
including for example a folder full of DLLs. (I don't know what, if anything,
was actually deleted.)

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
