This is a regression to issue 81697.
- New Writer document
- Tools - Options - Load/Save - General - Save AutoRecovery information every
set to 1mn
- Save the document
- Type some text in the document (to set the modifier flag)
- scroll down the page until your cursor is not visible anymore
- wait 1mn
-> On AutoSave, the view jumps back to cursor.

@MAV: as discuss with MBA try to fix it for 3.2 else we will set 3.3

It is no showstopper for OOo3.2, changing the Target to OOo3.x.
