When I open the attach document OpenOffice show me is very very slow and the cpu
goes to 90-100% during this time.
When the document is opened all go well.
This document was in sxw format and to try I convert it in odt format.
The problem occurs open document in sxw and in odt format.
The problem is in windows and linux version.
Environment:
Ubuntu 8.10, Openoffice 3.1.0 OOO310m11 (build:9399)
Windows XP - SP3, Openoffice 3.1.0 OOO310m11 (build:9399)

Please have a look at issue 101398. You can download the developer version from
http://download.openoffice.org/next/ For me your document opens fast with that
version. Please try it.

I can open it fast in DEV300m53, but the controls are jumbled. In edit mode they
are at the desired place, but switching off edit mode they are jumbled again.
Neither "Restore View" nor "Update" helps.
In OOo3.1.0 m17 build 9415 the view is OK, but the loading is bad as described
in issue 101398. So the bad view in DEV300 m53 might be introduced with the fix
for issue 101398.

I can open it fast in Openoffice 3.1.0 OOO310m15 (build:9379)
My PC:
Ubuntu 9.04
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E8300  @ 2.83GHz

The performance problem is solved in OOo 3.2 DEV300m53. Could reproduce the
problem with 3.1.
Please file a new issue regarding the positioning problem of the controls.
