font color setting does not effect to underline.

on Microsoft Office,
the font color setting effect to underline.
i think it should work same as Microsoft office.

How to reproduce the issue:
 1).type some letter
   in example : long time no see buddy.
 2).select all of the line which u typed.
 3).select Format->Character... and open the Character dialog.
 4).select Font Effects tab and choose Underline Double and click ok.
 5).select some word except front character and change Font color
 6).
   the word changed font color which select on 5)
   but under line is still black color.
