Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 10516
Use StarBasic Security Settings
Last modified: 2003-03-13 11:12:24 UTC
Currently in the scripting framework, if you try and run a document script, you always see a security nag dialog. We want to hook into the security settings provided for StarBasic under Tools/ Options - Security, so we give users of the Scripting Framework the same level of control over their Java scripts.
Change issue type to feature and reassign to Duncan
Have started this. Currently can read the StarBasic settings from the registry. have a plan for making use of these in the SF.
Basic "never", "alway" & "according to path" checks in place. Dialogs are being tracked by i11245 i11246 Obviously: requires_documentation
Update: security settings now implemented. Dialogs appear prior to script invocation (further change needed for them to appear on doc load). Confirmation dialog for docs outside of trusted URL list requires a little more tweaking.
