Although the "Break" Text flow box is checked, long labels are not wrapped in
bar charts. In other charts, such as column charts, this feature works well.
So it would be nice to have this feature also for bar charts, hence I marked
this Issue as enhancement.

I think it's an error - still in effect with WinXP, OO 3.2 CZ.
