Right now the elements don't have titles, the only somewhat usable information
is the file name

Beside a title I would also like to see a description. This makes us consistent
with other accessible objects like shapes who also got title AND description.

Removed keyword accessibility, because it doesn't influence OOo accessibility
directly.
