Description bernd.eilers 2009-09-24 13:15:51 UTC
Strange things are happening when using the locale parameter to the extensions
website and you are not logged in. For example I used locale=de and sometimes
the page came up as french and sometimes as english page but never as german page.

Hm, an effect of the recent drupal update?
Comment 2 b.osi.ooo 2009-09-28 10:47:20 UTC
No, old one, but the need to fix it is more urgent now.
No language specific caching for not logged in users.
Comment 3 Olaf Felka 2010-01-11 14:03:17 UTC
Should we give an 3.3 target? See issue 89349.
Comment 4 bernd.eilers 2010-01-11 14:20:32 UTC
bei->of: this issue MUST have the same or an earlier target than issue 89394 and
it can not have a later one because it would be very problematic to have the
feature of issue 89394 in OpenOffice.org without one of the corresponding
websites acting accordingly.
Comment 5 b.osi.ooo 2010-02-18 12:32:34 UTC
ok, here we go, my part is done, osuosl.org is just fighting with the load on
the extension site, until then not all languages are available.
The supported urls are like: http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/de,
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/de/project/mysql_connector
Full list of curently supported languages is available on the website in a drop
down box on the top right;
Query parameter locale=de is not supported anymore.
Comment 6 bernd.eilers 2010-02-18 13:03:04 UTC
bei->tbo: well because dropping the lang= parameter and changing the URL scheme
instead is an incompatible change localization of the extensions link in the
StarCenter is currently broken. I filed myself followup issue i109402 to fix this.
Comment 7 bernd.eilers 2010-02-18 13:39:46 UTC
bei->tbo: bye the way please make sure to create an issue for me for adapting
the forwarding page used by OpenOffice.org / StarOffice when adding support for
more languages.
