When we try to split a cell from table evenly it does not split evenly.

Steps to reproduce the bug.
1) Create new presentation.
2) Add a table of any size.
3) Select any cell from the table.
4) Go to table options and select split cell  option and select split     
horizontally.
5) Divide cell into 2 parts and see the output.
6) Now select any other cell.
7) Once again go to split cell option.
8) Now select same option split horizontally and click on check bar below which 
says " Into Equal Proportion ".
9) See the output again you will clearly see the cell is not split equally.

     I tried this in Microsoft Office but there it splits equally.
I have attached screen shots with this file. We can clearly see the both both 
part of second cell which we split equally are of different size.

I tried this on System Configuration

Intel Pentium Dual CPU T3200
3 GB RAM
Windows Vista 32 bit system.

Open Office Version OOO310m19(Build:9420).
