Following steps reproduce the problem:

1. Insert a table by selecting the menu item Table->Insert->Table and clicking
OK to accept the default settings

2. Insert rows until the table reaches the next page

3. Select Save As ... and save the file in Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc) file
type

4. Open the file using MS Word

The problem is that the upper border of the table on the second page is not shown.

MRU->HBRINKM: please have a look at the file format created by OOo and Word -
when having a look in the UI of MSW, our and their table border format looks
good - but just our export will never display a top border on the second page
after a break.
