New writerdocument
Format->Character
goto tabpage hyperlink
enter 'URL' and 'Name'
close dialog with ok
start writing some text in document
Bug: entered text is not formatted as hyperlink

this was found by autotest "w_formatparagraph.bas"

@os: wasn't that an intentional change? What sense does it make if the
"hyperlink" formatting is kept for text added behind the URL?

yes, this was an intentional change to preserve the nesting of various nesting
hints.

iirc we wanted to remove the hyperlink tab from the character format dialog,
because there is already another perfectly fine way of inserting hyperlinks via
Insert->Hyperlink.

i don't think this should have a 3.3 target...
