In OOo-dev3.2 I installed the Sun Report Designer 1.1. It seems to work although
I encountered two problems:

1st: Report designer was very slow using the wizard: Hitting the button "NEXT"
in the page "Which fields do you want to have in your report?" takes almost 30
seconds until the next page of the wizard is displayed.

2nd: The report designer always creates empty reports as output.

Please have a look at attached file:
Report Plants3 was created using the built-in reporting tool, which works
Report Plants4 was created using the SUN Report Designer which results in an
empty page.

For OOo 3.2 beta use SRB1.2 beta:
ftp://qa-upload.services.openoffice.org/SRB/sun-report-builder-beta-1.2.m2.oxt

Your example database contain only Plants4 and Plants5 reports.
Plants4 is a old type wizard created report, and Plant5 is an empty SRB report. 
Please try it with SRB 1.2 beta

With the updated extension, both problems are solved:

- Wizard is not slow anymore
- Report is not empty anymore (also pictures are displayed in the report).
