Assigning someone to a test (scenario, product or whatever) is done by selection in a drop down list. It 
would be drastically less erroneous if that list would show only persons which are in some "active" role (= 
not "inactive" as role).
I think to add a "…where <usertable>.role is not "inactive" " can not be that complicated for someone 
who knows where :-)
