Steps:
  1.Run the sample file in attachment.
Issue:
  Error occured, caused by Name.Item. Check the log, Name.Item failed.

Root Cause:
The ScVbaName::getName() function deliberately add a "Sheetname!" string before
the actual name.

Solution:
Remove the code that add the string.
