in the case, that already some of the selected cells contain underlined text and
others only contain not-underlined text.

So, if I select A1 through A10, and A4 has underlined text, then it is not
possible to underline/de-underline them all at once.

This is different to bold-facing oder italic-formatting: with those this
procedure works well (one of the cells contains bold-face / italic text)

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE-multilingual version German UI activated
[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"!

Same with "Ooo-Dev 3.2.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [OOO320m2
(Build 9432)]"!

Underline for range can only be changed if all cells in range have the same
underline status. 

Worked fine with 2.4.1
