When accessing to "Tutorials for OpenOffice.org" in page
http://support.openoffice.org/index.html it asks for an account.
This account is not the same that registered users have.
In fact when I am in http://support.openoffice.org/index.html I appear as not
registered (but I am).
I noticed this change few days ago (less than a week).

The tutorial site is not related to the OpenOffice.org site. So there might be a
need to register/login separately from openoffice.org,
