When uploading a 1.1 Mb big oxt extension both from my Windows or OSX machine as
a release of an extension, I get the following error:

413 Request Entity Too Large
nginx/0.7.62

This should signal that something is wrong with the server settings, please make
it work. I remember having same problem some time ago when I uploaded previous
versions of the same extensions, so it is there for a long time (I don't
remember which computer I finally uploaded them from).

I had no problem uploading a smaller oxt (size approx. 110kB) for another
published extension.
