I am experiencing this problem in both the Calc and Writer program.

When I try to use my keyboard, the keys that I am striking are not coming up on
the screen, and instead, the symbol that shows up on the screen is the letters
from the keyboard in the order of the keyboard. for example, if i hit the "a"
button 6 times, the following may come out: "qwerty". No matter what key I
strike, the letters just continue in the order that they are found on the keyboard.

This isn't happening in any other applications; only open office.org.

Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE-multilingual version German UI activated
[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"!

Pls. feel free to reopen the issue if you find out that the problem still exists
in a current stable version (3.1.1 or later) after you discussed your problem
with other users in mailing list or forum.

@ jb771502: And you have to be more detailed in your description. No information
about your operating system and system settings, no information about your
hardware, and at least, no information about the OOo version.
