There is a deliver option '-minor' which is completely needless. 
Before DEV300 m65: If environment variable 'UPDMINOR' is set, deliver copies
into milestone directories anyway, regardless of that option. If it is not set,
option '-minor' throws an error that it cannot determine the current milestone.
Since DEV300 m65: There are no milestone directories in solver any more.
UPDMINOREXT ist not set at all.
