In the "Styles and formatting" dialog, it is not anymore possible to quickly
move to a style pressing the first letter on the keyboard. The user has no more
choice than using the arrow keys or releasing the keyboard for using the mouse.

Styles should be quickly accessible at the very least by pressing the first
letter, but obviously an incremental search would be a more state-of-the-art
implementation.

Observed on OOo 3.1.1 on Windows 2000 and Ubuntu 9.10.

This is not a regression, this has never been implemented so far. See issue 31275.
