Autotest: f_basic_dialogs.bas::tUpdtMacroAssignment()

Reproduction
- Open BASIC IDE
- Maximize window
- Create a new dialog via the tabbar
-> The dialog should be centered within the workarea but it is moved off 
towards the upper left corner.

This might (not sure, need to try again when fixed) cause the mouse selection 
to fail leading to two warnings that the ContextProperties cannot be accessed)
