The link on the download page (http://download.openoffice.org/other.html) returns 403 Forbidden for 
http://archive.services.openoffice.org/pub/openoffice-
archive/stable/2.4.0/OOo_2.4.0_MacOSXPPC_install_en-US.dmg

The best fix would of course be to build 3.2.0 for the PowerPC, but a broken link for an ancient version 
looks bad.

I've deleted the link until the 3.2.0 version is tested and approved.
