Usually segments_3 files are generated in the eg. swriter_<lang>.zip file
(module helpcontent2). In some cases segment_4 files are created which breaks
the creation of MSP files during the package process (no files have to be
removed). Therefore a check is required to ensure that the file is allways named
segments_3. Otherwise an error message need to be thrown, to trigger a rebuild
of the "damaged" file.
