Description wsmoomaw 2010-03-09 22:42:42 UTC
Even with the latest 3.2 version, OpenOffice does not import docx files with the
graphics. WordPad in Windows7 opens it correctly and shows logos and the
correct formatting, spacing, and pagination. Even the odf-converter-integrator
application opens it with the graphics intact, though not well-formatted.
This has not changed since OpenOffice 3.0. I thought there was some place here
to submit a sample document.

Found the place to attach a file. Just thought this conversion process would be
working by now.

It seems to be a duplicate of issue 92625.
So, yes, it's not fixed yet (target 3.3)

@MRU: please have a look.

Yes, that's about the same thing. It's something I posted because of others who
thought I should submit the sample docx. A complete document conversion is what
I know a lot of people would like to see. It would be especially useful in
reading technical documentation like the attachment.
