add alias 'boost external/boost '

please take also care of anoncvs.

attention the patch will not apply to anoncvs CVSROOT/modules file. If
you're not able to apply the changes manually (which should be
trivial) please provide anoncvs CVSROOT/modules file, so that I can
create a patch for it.

2) update this issue when the internal task has been updated or completed.

The issue is still in the queue for the operations staff. I expect an
update on it tonight and will update it first thing in the morning.

update: the task has been completed on the production server, but
please check out the anoncvs CVSROOT file and submit a patch for that
server.

you can check out the CVSROOT but typing:
