Cannot open the following file: 
http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/E/7/7E7662CF-CBEA-470B-A97E-CE7CE0D98DC2/Session0Changes.docx

Also will not open if saved to local hard drive.

The message box text for the error message is:
General Error.
General input/output error.

The file opens fine in Abiword 2.8.2

Reproducible with DEV300m75, ubuntu 9.10.

I did not find out, why the mentioned docx will give the I/O error. When I
resave it with Word 2003 it can be opened properly in Writer.

Additional Info:
(a) Already reproducible with sever installation of "OOo 3.2.1 English UI 
   / German locale [OOO320m18 (Build 9502)]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) DE 
(b) worked fine with AOO server installation of "AOO 3.4.0 – German UI 
   / German locale [AOO340m1(Build:9590) - Rev.1327774]" 
   on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile
(d) No longer a problem with AOO 3.4.0, 4.0.1, 4.1.dev
